3. COD Orders

Cancel before dispatch to avoid future COD restrictions for repeated refusals.

4. Prepaid Orders

Refunds are processed within:

  • Bkash/Nagad: 2–3 business days

  • Bank: 3–7 business days

5. Elite Start Shop’s Right to Cancel

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Wrong address or listing error

In such cases, full refunds are guaranteed.
